ASSESSMENTS

Psychological / Diagnostic Assessment

An assessment to explore and clarify psychological difficulties when there is uncertainty about a diagnosis or when a more comprehensive understanding of your current difficulties is needed.

The specific assessment process and measures used depend on the clinical question.

Adult ADHD Assessment

A comprehensive assessment for adults that assesses current difficulties alongside developmental history and other relevant factors to determine whether the overall presentation is consistent with ADHD.

What does an assessment involve?

How does therapy look like with me?

A combination of structure and spontaneity. Gentle nudges towards growth, while respecting your pace. A space where you don't have to pretend.

If you’re here, you’re probably considering therapy. As someone who has been on both sides — as a client and as a therapist, I understand how overwhelming, confusing, and even pressuring that decision can feel. So, to help you decide, let me tell you what therapy with me looks like.

My clinical work is primarily grounded in CBT and integrates approaches including ACT, DBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy and Humanistic perspectives.

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I believe in a collaborative, individualized approach grounded in psychological safety and evidence-based practice.

You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to help you understand your patterns, develop helpful ways of responding, and work towards meaningful and sustainable change.

My practice is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and attentive to the mind-body connection. Progress isn't always linear, and therapy can begin wherever you are.

Who do I work with?

I predominantly work with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, emotional difficulties, and relationship concerns particularly those who feel stuck despite knowing they are capable of more.

You may feel like you have more potential than you're currently able to access whether you're struggling to get started, constantly second-guessing yourself, or wondering why your achievements don't match what you believe you're capable of.

You may also have learned to shrink yourself to keep the peace, set high standards that now leave you exhausted, or find yourself stuck in patterns that are difficult to understand or change.

I also work with:
Anxiety disorders • ADHD • Depressive disorders • Personality-related difficulties • Complex trauma • Grief and loss • Relationship difficulties • Emotional dysregulation • Burnout and perfectionism
