Hi, I’m Neenu

I’m Neenu, RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist.

I completed by M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained to assess, diagnose, and provide psychological interventions for individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns.

Therapy being the most fulfilling part of my clinical work, I also take interest in teaching and professional learning. My experience as a former Assistant Professor has shaped my interest in facilitating workshops, delivering lectures, and creating opportunities for learning within the mental health space.

I am also passionate about making mental health information accessible, relevant, and easier to understand. Through the content I create on social media and other forms of public engagement, I try to contribute to this in my own way.

By engaging in training programs, reading and supervision, I ensure continued learning as a professional to be updated and provide the best care possible.
